We placed an order for pick up and when we went at the stated time the chicken doner was going to take 14 minutes to cook as it was a new skewer put in. Got offered a delivery to which we waited at least an hour for and the orders wasn’t what we were expecting. Never experienced this before from yum yum!

You used to be the best kebab shop in the area, what happened?? Now you're the worst. The meat is disgusting, especially the chicken. It smells weird and tastes bad. The fries and salad are good. I won't be ordering from you again. Too bad. I asked around among my friends, and they also share my opinion.

One of the items was wrong it was meant to be chips,cheese and chicken doner and what i got was regular doner and as for the Mexican burger was poor all it was was a burger with a few jalapeño’s in a bun no cheese which there was meant to be

Quickly delivered and the food was hot and very tasty and of a good quality. The website was easy and convenient to use aswell. Would highly recommend and I will use again.

Delivery from time of order to receiving 1hr 20mins food was average but cold shaw as I’ve used many times before

Absolutely shocking waited over 2 hours was told from woman on phone (after she stopped laughing saying it happens) that our order would be free. when driver finally arrived nearly 2&a half hours later he said no we had to pay or he take the order back to which I said fine take it back I then rephoned the shop got someone else & he was rude. I get that the shop could be busy but keep customers updated & train your staff how to talk to customers
